Construction Maintenance is the core of CCMs services. At the onset of a project, CCM meets with the Owner to develop a complete understanding of their project’s objectives and requirements. With these objectives in mind, CCM we work towards the optimum balance between quality, cost and schedule.

CCM works closely with not just the Owner, but with a whole Project Team to ensure we provide comprehensive management and coordination of all project activities. This Team includes the Architect, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontracts and Vendors.

CCM’s Management offers years of experience scheduling subcontractors, minimizing delays, preventing and solving problems. We expertly manage all stages and phases or remodel construction. Our Project Superintendents offer practical field experience to assist in decisions concerning methods and materials on the jobsite.
