Commercial Construction Management Inc. opened its doors in November, 2004 and hit the ground running with a number of projects.

Headquartered in the greater Philadelphia area, CCM, Inc.’s founding principals, Brian and Dan Sutcliffe, combine 20 years of individual expertise providing quality and consistent project management and construction services for leading organizations that deliver built environments, on budget and on deadline.
